      Bowers Harbor Bed and Breakfast is a beautifully restored 1870 farm house on Old Mission Peninsula in the heart of wine and cherry country.  The house is located on 200 feet of private sandy beach on West Grand Traverse Bay.  We are within walking distance to a marina and fine dining.  Enjoy the views of Bowers Harbor while eating your country breakfast in the dining room, consisting of fresh baked muffins, assorted fruits, and Gary's special of the day.

      Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the wrap-around fieldstone porch or on the beach in front of a warm fire.  At Bowers Harbor Bed and Breakfast we pride ourselves in making your stay comfortable and as home-like a possible.  We hope your travels in the Traverse City Area will include a visit in our home.

      The guest rooms have all been tastefully decorated with brass beds, goose down pillows, and comforters for country comfort and coziness.  A large stone fireplace is located in the living room overlooking the Harbor.  Feel free to stroll through the gardens, lounge on the beach, or take a nap in the hammock.

Please consider the following before making reservations:

• Advance Reservations Suggested.
• Two night minimum on all weekends May thru October.
• Three night minimum on holiday weekends.
• Sorry, no children under 10, no pets, no smoking.
• Payment by cash or check.
• Please note that we are not responsible for loss, damage or injuries incurred during the use of these premises.
• Non-refundable deposit on holiday weekends.
• Gift certificates good for one (1) year.

      We respectfully request a $50 deposit within 7 days of reservation to hold your room.  If cancellation is made 14 days prior to the check-in date, your deposit will be refunded less $15.00 handling fee.  See Guest Rooms for pricing.  For directions click here.
