ADSL Service: $15.00 per month for 128k service $25.00 per month for 256k service $30.00 per month for 512k service $35.00 per month for 768k service $40.00 per month for 1M service $45.00 per month for 2M service $50.00 per month for 3M service

$20 One Time Installation Fee.
Modem Charge: $75 - purchase or $6.25 - monthly lease.
