Reservations and Rates:

• $115-$135 per room per night (plus tax based on single or double occupancy).
• A charge will be added for additional guests; $25 per child under 18 years, and $50 per adult.
• Prices subject to change without notice.
• 50% of the first night's charge is required to reserve your room (balance due upon arrival).
• We accept cash, check or money order.
• Two night minimums are required on weekends from April through October.
• If you cancel 7 or more days prior to your scheduled reservation, your deposit will be refunded.
• Gift certificates are available.
• Smoking is allowed on the decks only.
• Because we are allergy free, we cannot accept pets.
• We can accommodate children over the age of 5 years.
• The hot tub hours are between 3:00 and 9:00 PM.
• Check-in is 3:00- 9:00 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM.
• Long-Term Rates are available.
• Small private parties or conferences welcome.
