Adding
an email address to your address book
Users
have a couple different methods to which they can add a
sender's email address to their Address Book:
1.
Again, with the Read Message window open, highlight the
sender's name, right click and select "Add to Address
Book." As another variation of this method, you can
double click the sender's name to bring up his/her "Properties"
and then click the "Add to Address Book" button
when you're done inspecting the Properties.
2 . You can add addresses to your address book automatically
by enabling "Automatically put people I reply to in
my Address Book" under Tools | Options | General. This
is pretty much self-explanatory -- when you reply to someone,
his/her email address will be added to your address book.
