Why
isn't my payment subtract from my bill?
Payments must be received & posted by the 1st of the
month to be included in the monthly bill.
How
do I change the password for my voicemail?
If
you are changing it because you forgot it; you will have
to have Peninsula Telephone Co. issue a new one. If you
want to change it and you do have the current password;
please see the voicemail
feature information page to get the directions to change
it.
I am not here
all year; do you have any type of Seasonal Plan?

My
phone line is dead - I have no dial tone.
First
thing you will need to do is unplug any electronic devices
(computers, fax machine, answering machines, cordless phones,
and caller id box (if seperate). This will reset the device
& the phone line; it may take about 10 minutes. Before
you plug all the devices back in, check to see if your dial
tone has returned. You can do this by using a regular corded
phone plugged directly into the jack.
