Pentel Net

Setup a broadband connection in Vista.

Make sure that you have the Username and Password from Pentel before you start.

Here's how you setup your connection:


Step 1. Click Start -> Control Panel.

Step 2. Click on Network and Internet icon.

Step 3. Click on Network and Sharing Center icon.

Step 4. Click on Setup a connection or network on the left task pane.

Step 5. A new window will popup asking you to choose the connection option. Click Connect to the Internet and click Next.

Step 6. Now click on Broadband (PPPoE) option.

Step 7. Do the following on this screen:
Enter the User name and Password that Pentel Net gave you.
Type in a name for Connection name. This name is to identify your internet connection. (If you have multiple Internet connections, this is useful). Then Click Connect.

Step 8. If you see the following window then you have successfully established a connection.

If you have any issues then you should recheck:

User name and password.
