Setup Voicemail - Retrieve Messages - Check Messages Remotely

TO SET UP VOICEMAIL BOX MESSAGE:

> Dial 223-9400
> Press 9 to setup your mailbox
> Press 1 to setup your message
> Press 2 to setup your password
> Press 8 to setup personal preferences
> Press * to return to the main menu
> Press 0 for help at anytime

TO RETRIEVE MESSAGES:

> Pick up your handset
> Stutter dial tone indicates message waiting
> Dial 223-9400
> Enter your password (if away from designated voicemail line)
> Auto attendant prompts you through the menu:
> 1 - Listen to your message
> 2 - Save your message
> 3 - Delete your message
> 4 - Save message as NEW
THE ABOVE FUNCTIONS MUST BE INITIATED FROM YOUR HOME PHONE!

TO CHECK MESSAGES REMOTELY:

> Dial (231)223-9400
> Dial your phone number
> Enter your password
(You must have a password to check messages remotely!)

TO CHANGE VOICEMAIL PASSWORD:

> Dial (231)223-9400 from your HOME phone.
> Press 9 (mailbox setup)
> Press 2 (change password)
> Enter your NEW password
> Press #
